Member Success Rep & Administrative Assistant – Work from home

This Role’s Purpose:
The purpose of this role is to provide elite customer service to all our members and those interacting with our company. Each day, you will have the opportunity to provide excellent customer service. You will be responsible for Intro Calls (a welcome call for all new members), and quick responses to any email, chat and social messages.

You will also be responsible for payment-related topics with customers. With this in mind, you can turn potentially negative experiences into positive ones.

Tasks Include:
-Managing customer service and sales inquiries as well as other email responses, webinar questions, social requests, and support tickets.
-Help manage accounts receivable, refund requests, and responses to credit card disputes.
-Supporting our community manager in our Facebook communities to ensure member engagement and success.
-Creating reports, including financial updates and reporting on other KPIs for the company.
-Scheduling email communications with our members and subscribers via ActiveCampaign.
-Future work to grow into: Setting up launches and support during live launches & promotions.

Qualified candidates will have:
-Exceptional customer service skills
-Excellent multi-tasking, organizational, and administrative skills
-Enjoys optimizing, improving, and fulfilling repeatable systems and processes
-Picks up technology quickly and easily
-Outstanding verbal/written communication skills
-Strong knowledge of English writing/grammar
-Exceptional personal character, including a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to assist others at all times
-This is a very hands-on position with the opportunity to truly impact the business, therefore, will be treated as a such and held to those standards
-Solely focused on The Scholarship System (versus having multiple ‘clients’)
-Competence in Google Suite, WordPress, Leadpages, ActiveCampaign, Zoho inbox, Asana and Slack are a plus.

Please include your desired hourly rate, how many hours per week you can commit, hours of the day you think you would most often work and whether or not you’ve worked remotely before. We typically land between $15-$20 per hour with monetary bonuses throughout the year. In the end, we expect pay will be about $1,500 per month plus bonuses.  This is a 1099 contractor position.
